Welcome to Do As We Say, Not As They Did!

It’s Good to Be “Strongly Flavored”

Being palatable to everyone is SO boring! You shouldn’t have to hide parts of yourself just to make someone like you.

If you’re blue cheese, then be blue cheese proudly! 🧀

Not everyone is going to love your flavor. You might be what some call an “acquired taste.” But the people who DO like you are going to really, really like you.

And that’s the beauty of being strongly flavored.

When you’re dating with ADHD or another form of neurodivergence, it can feel like you need to create a version of yourself that’s easier for everyone else to understand or fall for.

But that also makes it a lot harder to build strong, lasting relationships.

On the latest episode of @DoAsWeSayPod, @DrNerdLove and @DrLizPowell are talking about our experiences dating with ADHD and embracing being a strong glass of whiskey instead of everyone’s cup of tea.
